How do I back up my collection?
Go to Settings › Export and generate a PDF of your collection. Save it somewhere safe (Drive, email, etc.). The app has no cloud backup by design (privacy), so the PDF is your main backup mechanism.
Why is there a trade limit in the free version?
That's how the app sustains itself. The first 10 trades on the free plan let you experience the full flow. After that, Lifetime Premium (R$ 9.90, one-time payment) unlocks unlimited trades with anyone.
I lost my collection when I switched phones. How can I recover it?
Since the app is 100% offline and signup-free, data isn't synced between devices. We recommend always exporting the PDF backup before changing phones or uninstalling. If you have a backup, you can use the PDF as a reference to manually re-register.
The QR Code from my trade isn't being read. What should I do?
Common causes: 1) the other phone's screen is too dim or auto-brightness is too low (increase brightness); 2) QR Code expired (valid for 5 minutes); 3) camera needs permission (iOS/Android Settings › Privacy › Camera › Troca Figurinhas › Allow).
Can I use the app on iPad or tablet?
The app was optimized for iPhone and Android phones. On tablets it may work but the interface wasn't adapted for large screens in this version. It's on the roadmap.
How do I exercise my data privacy rights?
Since the app doesn't send data to our servers, you can exercise your rights directly in the app (Settings › Erase all data) or simply by uninstalling. For any questions, write to suporte@caioia.com.
